Hello Friends,Iam very new to exchange server,i have  a requirement where we access the pst files using outlook express and VB 6.0 application,as all know the pst's cant be accessed by more than one user at a time,so we face the overhead of copying psts to each machine with the application which acess the pst files,Now does  exchange server provide any way  that we dump all the psts in one place and 'n' number of machines access the same pst at the sname time without any problem(when i say appplication it means VB 6.0 application).

I think what you need to look for is the utility Exmerge,  free from MS web site

it will allows you to export all mailboxes "or selected ones" as well will allow you to select folders and filter messages before they get exported, it will also allow you to run the export for more than one mailbox, very good utility

it can also be scheduled if you run it using its command line commands, a very extensive read me file will come with the download and will help you out really well

also this utility will alow you to dump any number of pst files into any exchange server

cheers
