Authorization Manager - where to get the DLL Microsoft.interop.security.AzRoles

Has anyone worked with Authorization Manager?  I've begun to play around with it.  My problem is I need to reference the DLL 'Microsoft.interop.security.AzRoles' and I don't know where to get it.

Anyone?
