Create mailing list in Exchange 2003

Hi,
May i know is there any way or add on tools in create a mailing list under exchange 2003 such that user can subscribe or unsubscribe by replying the email. I understanding i can create a distribution group where user can add and remove themselves from the list, however i am looking for way such that user will be remove when they click on the unsubscribe link in the email. Thanks and hope to hear from all

Nothing built in.
It is possible to get Exchange to co-exist with mail list software. I have done it with List Serve and Lyris, both of which have free limited user versions (500 members I think the limit is).
