how to set up VPN between 2 linksys routers #BEFSX41

  Can anyone point me to a link or explain how to set up a VPN between 2 Linksys routers #BEFSX41
       Networking is all new to me and I'de like to try to set this procedure up myself
   The 2 computers are both on cable/internet
