the fastest way to convert all links that are "relative to document" to "relative to site

Hello

What would be the fastest way to convert all links that are "relative to document" to "relative to site"?  
 
if this is what i have right now:
<img src="CCImages/FinalCCImages/redbutton.gif">
 
I tried to change it to:
<img src="/CCImages/FinalCCImages/redbutton.gif">
 
but now all the images are not showing (just an X) including my navbar is gone.

by doing this it is assumed "CCImages/" Folder is within your Site ROOT folder (where the index Page is)?
if thats true then it should work, otherwise you have to define the Correct Path.(/Images/CCImages/.. etc)

in most cases we do Global Search and Replace in DW.

Search for  - >    /CCImages/
Replace with - >  http://www.site.com/CCImages/
