Using a table for lookup on a web page

I am using access as my database for our website. Currently I have a search form for members by business classification page which works fine. However I have to hard copy in HTML all the business classifcations for the lookup. If we add a new business classifcation we add it to the access database, notify the webmaster to add the new classification.
Is there a way to make the Business Classification table (tblBusinessClassification) be the look up linked to the page. This would mean that every new entry wuld be on the list as soon as we upload, without concern that we miss adding a new business classification to the website
