How to remove Outlook 2000 icon from individual Terminal Service users?

How can I remove the Outlook 2000 icon from individual Terminal Service users desktops?  When I try to delete it from the desktop as the user, of course we have not given permission to do so.  Even as administrator though, I don't see the icon in the user profile, default user or All users profile.  I know Outlook 2000 does something different in the install and I can figure out how to remove it for selected users in Terminal Services...

Any Ideas?

You're sure that it isn't in all users?  I am pretty sure that it is there.

Try to login as an administrator & delete it from your desktop, then see what it does.
