What are the settings to allow typing of Simplified Chinese/Traditional Chinese character in the body of the mail to be sent to internet/internally?

What has to be changed in the server document?  What has to be loaded on the server?  I really do not know how to start doing this, I need clear instruction.

Hi,

Thanks for your response.  I have installed chinese star.Still, I encountered problem.

Most of the scenarios which I have tested are successful.  Below are unsuccessful scenario :

From Note Client:
1)Sending a chinese memo from note client to internal user1 accessing web client.  When the mail is opened in web client, user1 see funny character.

From Web Client
2)Sending a memo from web client to internal user2 accessing note client.  When the mail is opened in note client, user2 see funny character.

3)Sending a memo from web client to internal user3 accessing web client.  When the mail is opened in web client, user3 see funny character.

4)Sending a memo from web client to external user.  When the mail is opened in yahoo/hotmail, external user see funny character.

From external user:
5)Sending a memo from yahoo/hotmail to internal user5 accessing web client.  When the mail is opened in web client, user5 see funny character.

How can this be resolved?
