Hello Experts,

I just can't find the option to turn on / off printing read receipts in OL2000.

I have 2 computers, one just prints who read the mail and when right below the mailtext. The 2nd one receives receipts, too (I can see them in the status-tab of the mail), but it just won't print that information.

And I can't find an option to turn that on / off.

Can somone guide me into the right direction?

Daniel

Hi steiner, remember, tracking and read receipts can only be printed from the original sent message (the one with the little i info icon). Is that why the second one won't print? Otherwise I believe it is a registry setting. I'll post that in a sec
