no, i changed with a new catridge, but still the same
you did not mix up with the black cartridge?
it is properly installed?
if the above is  true, check the cartridge and the holder, for paper debris, clean the contacts and retry; otherwise, you have a bad cartridge, so return it.

BTW, if you reinstall the old one, what happens?
Completely uninstall the printer and any related software and reinstall it.
Is the cart a refilled one??
when you insert the new cart be certain that you have removed all of the tape on the back side where the contacts are. even a small piece of tape can cause it to not work properly.

Also make sure that you are using the right type of cartridges. Many HP cartridges use the same design, so they can be installed perfectly into the printer, but they are not compatible. HP G55 accepts only HP45 (as black) and HP78 (as color) cartridges, and nothing else! If you install a differently numbered cartridge, the device will show a general error message and refuses to work.
The cartridge itself maybe giving faulty readings, you could take it back to the shop as faulty and get a replacement.  If that still has the same problems you know its most likely not cartridge related.

If you didnt want to take it back to the shop, you could find someone with the same printer and put your cartridge in theirs to test, that may be an option.
i found out the problem , the problem was with fuser assembly. I changed the fuser assembly and put the same catridge ,now it is working fine
