Good Day,

For the requested configuration you will want to use NAT.

you first define you interfaces with the strings
router(config)# int s0
router(config-if)# ip nat outside

router(config)# int e0
router(config-if)# ip nat inside

Define static nats
router(config)# ip nat inside source static internalip externalip

You can also still allow dynamic nat using

router(config)#ip nat pool pooldesctiptor firstip lastip netmask netmaskOFyourLAN

router(config)#ip nat inside source list 1 pool pooldescriptor

router(config)# access-list 1 permit lannetwork netmaskinversed

Confirm by
router# shop ip nat translations

You should then setup your access lists inbound on the serial interface to restrict access.

Cheers!
dan
