The Web Component Server could not log you on to the APS. Please re-enter your user name and password. [On Cache/Page Server: DIGEO-OPS01.WCS]
When trying to access .rpt files over the web, users get this error. This is affecting all reports regardless of what db it is accessing. It was fine yesterday.

bdreed35. I restarted APS in the crystal config manager, but still nothing. Any other ideas?
How are you viewing the reports over the web? Through ePortfolio or through a URL?

Have you restarted ALL of the services running through the crystal config mgr (not just APS) - Page Server and anything else that you normally have running should be restarted.

Thank you all for the replies. I appreciate it. It turns out that it was a licensing issue. We recently installed CR9 Advanced with CE9 and our IT guy swore that after registering, he applied the 5 user license. Well, he didn't apply the license so our initial 30 days w/o a license ran out.
Thanks again!
