CD Audio ISO 9660 format

I am going to be writing an open source project in which i need to find out about CD-Rom IS0 9660 (Audio).  What i need to do is to crate an ISO file which user of the program can burn an disk with nero.

Now do you know of an soruce code of ISO 9660 which I can look at to create an app which would make this file.  The program is going nice sounds like sea waves etc
