How to see the speed when you copy a file on the LAN.

Is there a program that gives a visualisation of the speed when I copy a file to another pc/server?
I saw this on a mac, and I would like the same on a Win XP environment.

There are several LAN-speedtest programs, but I would like to find some kind of software that chages my windows explorer, so I can see the speed in the 'copy' windows, or in the statusbar, ...

Does anybody know if such software exists?
