Datagrid Control

I am querrying a database and inserting therecordsource in a datagrid. when a user clicks on arecord in the data grid, i need to be able to know the particular record and modify it. Hoew do i go about it???

Hi ice2404,

The datagrid control has various events, the click event for example or the selchange event might be useful here. You should decide what "event" you need to react to, you can then code in the appropriate event handler to make the modifications to the cells.

When you select a record in a datagrid, you are automatically selecting the corresponding row in the underlying data source. You can then manipulate the properties of this row directly to affect the values in that row.
