I tried to run a sample VB .Net application on a machine with XP home edition but it didn't work. What are the system requirements for a VB. Net application to run?

for VB.Net Applications to run, minimum requirement for the operating system is Windows 98.
you should have installed .Net framework on the machine where you want to run vb.net Application.

No problems, it's Friday, and I'm just having fun.  It's never about the points with me--it's more about getting you the right answer.

Remember, though, if more than 1 answer provides you with information, you can split points among the contributors.
