Hi serkan10,
You will need to make sure that certain ports are open on your router/firewall.  These are:
SIP ports 5060 & 5061 using UDP protocol
RTP ports 10,000 through 20,000 using UDP protocol

Is the audio conversation connecting, but you're just not hearing anything - or is it not connecting at all?

Also - go to http://www.testmyvoip.com and run the test there.  That'll do some performance tests on your PC and Internet connection for you.

Thank you for the response

It is not connecting at all for audio conversations through msn but does with skype

and how do i get to the UDP protocols to open SIP ports and RTP ports + do I need to play around with UPnP yet?

Thanks

serkan10,

The reason for this is that Skype uses a completely different network protocol than MSN.  MSN uses SIP, so you need to enable all the necessary SIP ports.

I've not used the BEFW11S4 myself, but have just taken a look at the manual - available from http://www.linksys.com/products/product.asp?grid=33&scid=35&prid=544

Take a look at page 23, this explains how to configure port forwarding.
