Using Outlook template to reply

Is it possible to specify an Outlook template to use when replying or emailing?  Further, could one select from multiple templates?

I want to manually choose a reply template manually.  Due to the content of the email, we cannot use automatic reply.  Thanks

once you know how to create a template http://www.windowsitlibrary.com/Content/191/18/1.html
choosing them should be no problem
