Outlook.exe - No Disk

for some reason i twice got the following message randomly in Outlook XP.

Title of dialog box : Outlook.exe - No Disk

Message in dialog box : There is no disk in the drive, please insert a disk into drive \device\harddisk1\DR4.

Does anyone know why this is ? or what this message results from ?

Many thanks
