Outlook VBA Code

Hello,
I have an Access database that performs various functions and at the end I want a blank email message to open with only the subject line filled in as well as an attachment added.  I'd like to do this all from VBA but I don't know what code to use.  I know how to send an email using VBA and the MAPI interface but I'd prefer to just have a blank message open with limit fields pre-populated so that the user can fill in the "To" field.  I know there are better ways to process emails from Access that don't require any user interaction but the person I'm coding this for does not want that type of functionality for whatever reason.  Any help would be appreciated.
