I would like to create 5 steps quote application for insurance quote and put them on the web, and all the input data shoud be inserted into sql or access. How can I code and store them into the database properly?

Thank you

Hi Ricky,

i think there are two different questions:

1) How can one transfer (form) data from one page to another?
2) What is a good option to insert these values into a database?

1: Values which should be transfered from one page to another can
a) stored in session variables
b) transfered using hidden fields in a form  <input type='hidden' value='received_value_from_the_first_dialogue'>
When using option a you should take care about the fact, that session variables cannot deal with a big amount of data. When using option b it might be a bit more work but is much saver.

2) Normally you know exactly which values to receive so it shouldn't be any prob to store theses vaules. What is exactly your question? Don't you knoe the syntax? Don't you know the best way?

Cheers,
Manuel
