I have a HP Deskjet 940c printer. It works great with my laptop... just plug in the USB cable and print.
On my Desktop I also have Windows 2000 as the laptop.
It is Intel P4 2.00GHz 523,568 KB RAM Servive Pack 3
I selected Add Printer, Wizard comes up, Local Printer, Auto detect Plug and Play, Windows unable to detect....,
went into setup selected USB001 Virtual Printer Port for USB, asks if I want Test page, Yes, the printer starts to run and the start to go in to printer......but it goes through without printing anything.. ??? What do I do??
