Are you upgrading from an older Delphi?

I believe the units names have been changed and rearranged. There's now DesignIntF, DesignEditors, DesignWindows, DesignConst, DesignMenus.

You'll probably have to poke around or check the help files to find the method, interface or declaration you need.
