Save changes to

Everytime I press F12 I mutter to myself "of course I want to save the changes - Argh!"
When a warning is repeated every time, it ceases to be a warning and becomes a nuisance.
How can I turn off the "Save changes to" Yes/No dialog box?

You can have it preview using a temp file and it won't ask you to save (and also won't save). This option is in PREFERENCES / PREVIEW IN BROWSER.

You can also press Ctrl + S before F12, like I do.

I don't think you can set something like "autosafe before preview".
