Add-in for adding contacts upon sending message

Hi,
I'd like to create an add-in or macro that will check each time I send a message if who I'm sending to is already on the contacts list.  If it's not, I'd like to be prompted for the name (first + last) and then when they click ok add a new contact.

On the right track.  If someone can convert this to adding a contact when an email is sent rather than received we'll have it.  Thanks.
