System time and date is all in one function:

The tSystemTime fields are:

    wYear
    wMonth
    wDayOfWeek
    wDay
    wHour
    wMinute
    wSecond
    wMilliseconds

var
  ST:tSystemTime;

procedure DoIt;
begin
  GetSystemTime(ST);
  ST.wDay:=ST.wDay+1;
  SetSystemTime(ST);
end;
