EASY way to view and remove fonts

I've got tons of fonts - 1,000s.  It takes a long time to open Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator - sent they cycle through all the fonts.

I'd like to go through and view a font (WSIWG) and then delete it.

The only way I know how to delete a font is to find it's "name" and delete it via the name.

Obviously, this takes forever.

I have
Windows XP Professional
Adobe TypeManager Deluxe 4.1
Font Glancer.

I'm willing to purchase additional software to get this accomplished.
