"Shell_NotifyIconNIM_ADD failed" is the error message that _sometimes_ pops up when I start up my system. It doesn't seem to affect anything, but I should like to know what it means.

I wonder if it might have anything to do with my firewall - I'm running ZoneAlarm Pro, but I previously used Sygate and had the same message.

I have just installed Service Pack 2, but I had the same problem under SP1.

Thanks
Tricia
