Secure FTP with .NET

I need to transfer a file to a business partner via "Secure FTP".  The receiving party provided me with a security certificate, ip address, pwd, etc.

Does anyone have an example of using Secure FTP with a certificate using either .NET or classic VB 6 / Win32 API.

P.S.
I do not want to purchase a third party component if at all possible.

Thanks in advance.

From looking around the two options are, 1) if you're very talented write your own sFTP implementation for .Net and use that (then sell it and make money) 2) Buy a component.
The easiest way to do this, is see if they can setup a secure site (HTTPS) that you can send the file to, that could be the simplist option if you want to send something securely.

Found these links, might help ya;
