Forfiles on win2k

I would like to install and run forfiles on a win2k server.  I have a copy of the win2k reskit, but have never used it before.  I'm reluctant to install the entire kit on my customer's production server - all I'd need to do is screw them up.  Can i simply take a copy of forfiles.exe from a win 2003 server and load it into the library on a win 2000 server machine?  Is there a way to only install forfiles from the reskit, and nothing else?

Thanks, this was perfect.  The syntax is slightly diff for forfiles on win2K than win2003, but once I got that, I am set.
