Page Numbering when tables create extra pages horizontally

When my cross tab table contains too much data it creates extra pages horizontally, how do I get the extra pages included in the page numbering headers?

At the moment I have 4 pages, page 1 is labelled "1 of 2", page two is not labelled, page three is labelled "2 of 2" and page four is not labelled.  I would like to know how to correct this so they read 1 of 4, 2 of 4 etc.
