Mailing List Management

I'd like to send some emails to every users or some groups of users, something like that.
How can I create a group of emails, work just like the mailing list?
Any advices would be very appreciated, thank you in advance.

What type of operating system do you have you can install majordomo its pretty easy to set up.

I'm sorry but I found out the way now.
I set the group in the file /etc/aliases.
