CPU memory out of reach

Hi

Well i have this E4500 on customer site running solaris 7 . The customer said that a message "CPU memory out of reach" appeared on the console so if i could check the hardware. I checked the system hardware on boot propmt by running test-all and everything was fine and also showed ok when i ran prtdiag. Now the customer wants an explanation of this incident. Can anyone help me out in this regard.

Your swap is to small.
Increase swap = Memory x 2

I have gone through the page you mentioned, Though this message can be related to small swap space but i did not find a clear indication of that. If you can provide me with a bit more detail to educate my customer.

You have core  dump ?
Was is in /var/adm/messages ?

well i have not collected the core dump because i have no idea about its examining , while there were no messages in the adm /messages
