what program can i use to make vectors??
I hear i need them for doing work in flash.

Ant there are many programs for doing this sort of work,

most people would probably reccomend photoshop as its a leader in image editing.  However I reccommend that you check out macromedia fireworks.  Esp because you want to use the vectors in flash.

Fireworks is great for vectors and its a dual program - meaning that it is designed for both vectors and bitmaps... to the point where you can zoom in on the vector in fireworks and it looks like a bitmap (a bit pixelated - but dont worry this does not effect your image)

It is made by Macromedia the same as Flash so if you want to get it its in their studio package..
