I have a user who has received two phish attempts regarding citibank. McAfee Groupshield has cleaned the message, and announced that it was infected with Phish-BankFraud.eml virus.
The user cannot delete the message though. Whenever she tries, she gets an "Unknown Error" generated, and no other details. Nothing in the event viewer either.
I have tried OL in safe mode, but that hasn't helped. I have tried logging into her mailbox as the exchange admin account, and same thing. I have also tried accessing her mailbox with OL2002 as well.
Any ideas? She cannot delete these messages at all!
Google-fu isn't working, and I can't find anything in the KB.
