Hello all,
I have a little problem I can't seem to figure out.
I am querying an Oracle database to fill either a listview or a datagrid (either is fine or some other control) in order to view and "correct" some mistakes.  I can fill the listview/datagrid exactly as I want; this is easy; but my problem is that there are over 50,000 items that will fill the control (listview, datgrid, etc)  Obviously, no one wants to look at 50,000 items.  So...what I need to do is limit the  number of items shown to something that the user chooses (this number is stored in registry).
Example:
I would want to view only 100 items, correct them, re-query, view 100 items, correct them, re-query...etc.
I have tried a few things with listview.items.count...but to no avail.
Please help !!
Thanks,
AK

U can use paging in a datagrid. U can set the paging size of the datagrid to 100. Some of the links to help u in paging are:

If u are using a windows application.
