Again go to the Mail icon on your Control Panel, click on the button that says DATA FILES, click ADD, choose OFFICE OUTLOOK PERSONAL FOLSERS FILE, click OK. &nbsp;Leave all options as they default to, click OK til back at DATA FILES window. &nbsp;Click CLOSE. &nbsp;Click EMAIL ACCOUNTS, choose VIEW OR CHANGE EXISTING EMAIL ACCOUNTS, then click NEXT. &nbsp;At the bottom of the screen where it says DELVIER NEW EMAIL TO THE FOLLOWING LOCATION choose PERSONAL FOLDERS, then click FINISH. &nbsp;Restart Outlook and see if you get the same error message.

Hi experts,

I  am trying to connect to R5 using MAPI.

1. Is this a bug ?
2. Am I doing it correctly ?
After connecting to Domino I want to export the emails into a PST file.
3. Is there any other way of backing up the emails from Domino to PST files ?
