a little help about SquidNT Configuration

hi i m running NT version of squid (SquidNT) on windows xp. i just want to know how can i block downloading the following file types
.exe .mp3 .vqf .tar.gz .gz .rpm .zip .rar .avi  .mpeg .mpe .mpg .qt .ram .rm .iso .raw .wav .mov
i wish that no one can download these files from client computers either useing http or ftp protocol.
plz tell me wut should i add in my squid.conf file.
i got a hint that is
#acl magic_words url_regex -i ftp .exe .mp3 .vqf .tar.gz .gz .rpm .zip .rar
.avi  .mpeg .mpe .mpg .qt .ram .rm .iso .raw .wav .mov
but i dont know how can i use it plz tell me complete configuration for this option.

For example:
acl exes url_regex -i .exe
acl rpms url_regex -i .rpm
http_access deny exes
http_access deny rpms
