Ipsec services will not start on my XP Home computer. How do I reinstall IPSEC?

try going to run and typing regsrvr32 pki32.dll also you can do a repair load of xp to fix it by putting in your xp cd and when it asks if you want to run a repair then you choose yes and let it run steup it installs xp overtop itself wehile preserving settings files programs and drivers. Also if you havent downloaded service pack two then that should fix it.  And if you have downloaded it try uninstalling it and see if it woirks in sp1 state and tehn reinstall sp2
