I need to build a simple application using The INDY TFTPServer, (and client)  do I need to write any code on the server side ?  If yes,  please direct me to a sample code,  to make the server work.

If you do have a FTP server on the server machine you do not need to run any special code on it. But if you don't have a FTP server then you could build one using Indy.
