This solution does not work for 7230 model. When I reset the handheld (pressing in a very little hole in the back under battery location), the handheld boots, the sand clock start spinning and suddently in 15 second the message 'Device Error:400' comes up again. I have downloaded the sofware you mentioned and installed in my PC, but I don't know how to installed in the handheld because the Application loader does not find the handheld, of course, because it has an error in the screen. So, let me know if you have a solution for this problem otherwise I will call the mobile provider to try to find a solution.<br />
