openning ports in isa server

hi everybody
i have problems trying to open ports in my isa server
i'm trying to open the port 1433 (SQL)
somebody can tell how i can do that step by step:
this is my complete problem
down my isa server i have a sql server.
so i want to access my sql server from out that network
using an ip address.
thanks a lot

This is bad =)

You don't want to have a direct connection to your SQL DB server from the outside.  I would recommend creating a VPN connection to the ISA server then you should be able to connect to your SQL.
