Memory Dump Error

Hi Guys,

I just want to ask you  if anyone of you can explain and suggest a solution on this error that we always had in some of our  win NT  pcs

the error code:

STOP: c00000e5  This error indicates that the SAM server has encountered an internal consistency error in its database. This catastrophic failure will prevent further operation of SAM.

Beginning dump of physical memory.
Physical memory dump complete. Contact your system administrator or technical support


I'm not really  good in  Operating systems  and been pretty dumb in hardwares...

This error is corrected in Service Pack 4
