Animated cursor to avi file

How can one change an animated cursor into an avi fie that can be played with the CAnimateCtrl.

Thanks, I'm really after a (free) utility if possible that would  convert an animated cursor to an avi file (in format that the CAnimateCtrl can replay).

sometimes this link will help us

convert .cur files to .bmp
http://www.aha-soft.com/products.htm 
and look for the product Icon to Any 2.04

and chk this link
converts bmp to avi

unfortunatly both the progams are shareware.

in effect  A -> B and B -> C then  A -> C   :-)

I used the ArtCursor to save the ani as a set of bmps.  I used another link I had been given for creating an AVI from a set of bmps (with a little messing I found an AVI format the AnimateControl could read and play).  The link you specified was down so I couldn't test it.

The other AVI file prog I used is called VideoMach.  (This is the only time I used it so I can't offer any advice/recommendation).
