Excel comes with a Help File (VBAGR10.chm) that has Automation Object Model documentation that is specific to the Visual  Basic.
Do anybody knows any Automation Object ModeL documentation(.chm)file  that is
specific to VC++?

Oh, sorry, I thought you mean automation of the VC++ environment. If you want to use Excel Automation from VC++, try the following link to a previous EE question:

An important thing: OLE automation is the same from any language, you just have to learn how to acess objects, create Variant type variables etc. When you know it, you can use the Visual Basic documentation easily.

VB for Applications documentation is a part of MS Office, see http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;222101 for exact locations of the files.
