Bandwidth Usage per site

Is there away to monitor bandwith usage on a per site basis on server 2003? Ive noticed several companies saying 2gb upload per month, or whatever, How is that monitored?

I have a couple more questions, but ill post each one seperate.

It's easier to monitor your interfaces on your routers...
But i think you can use the new monitor that is integrated in w2003. In never used it, but i read it is powerful.
