Multiple ways of setting up FTP in server 2003...

Im looking for a way to setup FTP so that each customer that I have, can access there website.
I know now that I can input there username in IIS (ftp), select there directory, and there ya go.
Im looking for a way that each domain will have 1 primary ftp, and then additional logins, (basiclly a guest area), for co-workers, friends, whatever.
I have to find away to keep everything organized though, doing it by username, is going to get confusing, due to, I will have to remember what everyones usernames are, what there friends usernames are, and then what dir. there going too.

Im open for any suggestions for what everyone else thinks is the best way to manage an FTP server. Thanks :-)

I've done some research and this is what I found about ftp in IIS6.0:
