Bizarre Key behavior
On one of our Outlook 2003 clients, when the user enters any text, then presses the lower-case "j" key,it erases all previous text.
Also, when she receives e-mails, some of the letters are missing, particularly "v".
Any ideas ??
Doesn't happen for anyone else.
Thanks,
JK

The only format that seems to work is HTML. The others all exhibit this behavior.
This only occurs in the Outlook client, not in any other Office applications, or notepad.
Thanks for the help. Such a strange problem.

Does the behavior of letter 'j' , same in all applications like Word, Notepad or only in outlook ?
Does v appear in other applications fine ?
Can you send an email in different formats , Rich text , Plain text and HTML and check if the letter v is missing or only if it comes from a specific or all users ?
May be there could be something corrupted in that specific outlook profile and that you would have to recreate it .
