Reading HTML email

When i get this news update it comes in HTML and i am unable to read it.  How do i enable Outlook to view this?

Sample:

<title>FNC Update</title>

This may be different depending on which version of Outlook you are doing.

In Outlook, go Tools, Options, Mail Format Tab, select Internet Format and make certain that "When a HTML message...." is checked.

If this option is checked, and you are still receiving messages in non HTML format, then there is a superceding firewall or exchange issue.

The option is checked. Should I post this in the Exchange area?
