Windows 2000 Server Reload with SCSI

Hello,
I am reinstalling Windows 2000 Seerver in an IBM nerVista5600 with Adaptec AIC-7897 Ultra2 SCSI Controller.  I have downloaded and installed the drivers, or what I thought were the derivers from Adaptec according to the proceedures with W2K Server (F6 etc...), and still no luck with finding the HDDs.  Any thoughts about what I am missing here?

Yes I had the wrong driver, yes I have to create a RAID set beforehand and furthermore, I have antiquated software on hand.  I have downloaded the updated firmware and drivers from IBM and am going in again...
Why a 'C'?

No mention of the raid configuration, without which I would never be able to load the OS, even with the correct driver.
I thought I did, "but do you have to create a RAID set on it before hand", but ok.  Thanks for the explanation.
Sorry, you are right.
Can I change the C?
Beats me.  :)

Don't worry about it, but thanks for checking.

I will make it up to you.  How are you with Email?  I have an open question about Eudora/WorldMail at the moment...
